She's Sebastian's twin sister, Ray. She's a troublemaker, but a natural-born leader, yk? I chose Ray for her name, cuz Ray means "Advice" or some shi. Anyways, she was framed as a murderer just like Sebastian, and UrbanShade experimented on them both. Ray is the logistics of the duo, and was the one tasked by UrbanShade to write most of the files. She knows this complex as well as the back of her hand, but she won't leave until UrbanShade is a smoking pile of debris.
