OCULUS QUEST 2 PLAYERS PLS HELP!!!

I was gonna play gtag or rr today but then an issue like this happened https://communityforums.atmeta.com/t5/Get-Help/Quest-2-stuck-in-lobby-screen/m-p/1048871/highlight/true#M210148 there is no solution on there so can someone help?


whenever i move my head around the area of that screen just follows, and with an unusable menu, it can’t work. does anyone have a solution?
