Hey Everybody!

Happy New Year! Two weeks late, I know, but it's still January, so deal with it.

I have to say, that progress is good. Oddventure team moved to an "office", so productivity went up! Mainly because I don't have to coordinate everything over some internet communicator over the whole country... It's nice to have a bit of "personal" space, small as it is.

So today's the day to show you some progress. With actual pictures! Exciting, I know. Let's get to it then!

We've been working hard on the graphical side of things. More characters have their own animations, like this seriously overworked Mister Rabbit here:

Some levels got reworked to better fit my vision of the in-game world. You may see some of them getting posted on other Social Medias if you're a follower. What I'd like to show you today, however, are the brand new menus. Ready? BANG!

Whew... You can't even tell how much work goes into designing a menu that you actually are happy with.

I've also decided to make some changes to how text works in the battle screen:

Now the texts are queueing and the topmost one dissapears. Still not sure about the text's background opacity... Hmm...

I've also been working closer with the composer I've hired, so you may or may not see (and hear I guess) some in-game footage with actual music! Stay tuned. Get it? Because music... And music's on the radio... Yeah.

Anyway, I know this one's been on the shorter side, but rest assured, progress is being made and I'd like to post OddLogs more regularily, now that I figured out how to add pictures. Not that I haven't known from the begining of course! I just haven't posted any because of... reasons... Yeah.
