1st clue alphys makes flowey. This wouldn't specifically be a problem. But that's the thing she is the royal scientist when asriel is still alive

2 specified by gaster follower 3(i think) it's stated that it took a long time for the royal sientist to be replaced... So add probably around 5 years

3 judging by how big is the core it would probably take like 2 years to complete.
