Never thought I'd remake Papyrus Encounter again

Stages are set.

Version 4.0 is getting "Practice mode". Since this DUSTTRUST take has a lot of moments of attacks' being very chaotic and fast, I added this mode to give you a chance to learn how to dodge them properly.

A new deltarune mod is coming soon (I kinda need Ralsei holding a sniper sprites, If you're interested, Feel free to DM me!)

Anyways the core part of Phase 4 is finally done! It's time to refine stuff and get ready to release Version 4.0.
