added a static flick for when you click on the flag
made the game until 6 am screen take a shorter amount of time to show up
changed the transition in the custom night menu

since damien is offline i updated the office and some characters are going to have new mechanics etc. you get it right?
not sure why this existed but all i know is that g4mer made it and this used to be in the game file
