Ok, entering the spell check and revision phase of the new material, so, here's a little summary of what the Re:Mix edition has of new:


For Starters:

  • Several dialogues have been revised to clarify certain lore details; some were modified by either simplifying them or incorporating the changes above.

  • Added a page for the Astrum next to the realms, while expanding the timeline to 2 Pages with new information.

  • Added further information on the Races page, while the Mermaids' page was expanded to 2 pages; both the Races and Mermaids pages now feature drawn examples.

  • Added a Page for the Mana, and one for the Elemental Ores, with illustrations included.

  • Added an entire "Bestiary" section featuring illustrations of the creatures of the TftGG world and a brief general description.

  • Updated some of the Character concepts pages with both updated designs, as well as additional early designs I've found to fill some spots.

  • Added a pair of additional "Gag Comics" concepts and with full strips as examples.

  • Added the "Original Drafts" pages, summarizing the changes from the earlier stories to the latest versions.

In addition, the Re:Mix version will be released alongside a "Lite" edition, which will only feature the main comic without all the extras, as a cheaper option, with inside a QR code that will lead to the option to purchase the "Lorebook" (All the Extras) aside (Think of it as an... "Optional DLC" for the Lite Version).

All is planned to be released around next week, or, at least, before the 6th Anniversary of the first "Golden Garden" release (Before I removed it) on the 9th of September.

I'm not dead, or hiding, I'm currently facing some writer's block while on a Sick Leave from job.

I'll probably go at a slower pace now that the Prologue has been released, Since it'll take a while for assets to be done anyway.

Looks like a looks like "Tales from the Golden Garden" and "Casa Marini" are getting a crossover soon! Anyway... I'm currently facing a crisis whatever or not keep working on the RPG (I need a team...), or make TFTGG an exclusive Italian novel series...

My honest opinion on the V4 Update: The dedication to even do a V4 is admirable, many little changes that adds flavor and personality, with just only a few maybe questionable but excused due to limited resources available.

Verdict: Go check it out.

CONCEPT: The Astrum and the three Realms

As mentioned in the extra contents section of the Prologue Comic, three small planets known as realms orbits the Astrum in the sea of Ether, and the outer 2 were the homes of Harpies, Kobolds, Giants and Humans.
