i'd make my sonic oc into rivals and he'd have a sick moveset, he'd have a bar so if he gets hit enough he'd get a new, more powerful moveset. and if you set his CPU level to 9 he'd have boss mode enabled which is his first and only form which is just OP. yes he will have a better anticheap so if he fights like ronaldmaucho or cosmic ronald he'll just snap his fingers 10 seconds in the match and 3 stock them instantly. i hope one day my idea is added! i doubt it..
