sans and spamton have many things in common, but i want to start off with my biggest piece of evidence, spamton is only one 's' away from being sans (if you remove all the other letters) you all are convinced now, but here's some more proof.
spamton and sans both are shop owners and aware of the 4th wall (spamton knowing about you and sans being sans)
they both are the final boss of the evil route.
they both have possible connections to gaster and spamton was probably just inheriting the family business.
they both are in relationships (sans and toriel spamton and jevil/tenna/whoever)
both are tumbler sexymen.
both die not to you but the person who you were doing the slaughter with (noelle and chara).
both have really confusing footwear.
both are really short.
