So the final goal of this game is almost complete, 500 characters. A very long time ago I thought of using the Godot engine for a potential DJUCN3. DJUCN3 I want to be filled to the brim with endless fun, so there would have been more than just the current modes in DJUCN2.
Now after this game, I could learn Godot to restart DJUCN1R and make it better in terms of coding and engines (Clickteam sucks donkey) and probably make DJUCN3 a reality. Godot is pretty much infinitely better than Clickteam, according to a friend, any number of characters in a custom night may be possible with god like optimization. So I can have a 1000+, 2000+, 3000+, I can go on forever almost. Now THAT is crazy.
Now that's only option one, the other option is that I don't learn Godot, and I go as far as I can with DJUCN2 and Clickteam limits, and stay making games in Clickteam. I'd say I'm good with Clickteam and can work with it pretty well in terms of game making.
So I can either
Take a lot of time to learn Godot to possibly make even more insane games (DJUCN3)
Stay with Clickteam, don't have to learn anything new and games will be produced faster because of how well I know the engine
Now I can't confirm option 1 will happen, as I could give up, keep that in mind, but I will try to adapt to a new game engine.
