The Barbie movie.

My brother is a huge Ryan Reynolds fanatic and came up with the hilarious idea to dress 80s/barbie to the movie theatre the day is premiers.

He bought 80s styled pants, and I gifted him a pink shirt that says Ken and the bottom part says Barbie and a neon-colored fanny bag. XD

I bought 80s wrist bands, a headband and leg warmers (I haven't worn some since middle school haha). I'm not sure what my outfit is going to be because I mostly wear black, and I hate pink (I don't mind pink makeup here and there).

My mom is joining in too and she loves pink. I got her a pink fanny bag. Both our outfits are in pending mode. :P

I don't know whether to go as a gothic Barbie with some pink or go totally unlike myself and embrace the Barbie pink. XD

I'm going as far as thinking about buying a wig lol. I have a blonde one saved and a black with pink streaks. I can't decide honestly.

I just can't believe we're making an event of the whole thing, but I'm here for it despite not really caring about the movie.

What's interesting is the original release was going to be in March, but it was pushed back to July. I guess it's expected to be a summer blockbuster hit? If it turns out to be a great movie, color me shocked. XD
