Okay guys, I think I found the BEST weapons for cagney carnation.
(Cuphead Tutorial?)
Using the Twist-Up for phase 1(stay on the ground and use the twist-up.
And Lobber for the 2nd phase.(You should have enough to use some EX's, therefore you can get in some REALLY good damage and beat cagney carnation with ease.)
(P.S. - This works for simple, regular, and expert(maybe)).
(P.S. - you can use ANY other weapon of your choice for Shot-B. But I would prefer the Lobber since it does great damage.)
