A starlight (as I explained) is the main type of content creator in the community. Starligcan have a shop like gj creators, but ita local shop (just exist in the community and just can be paid with our coin). The creations should be more accessible, so our local coin don't need real money to get (like Joltbux), it is received by finishing event challenges/tasks (like gj normal coins). The starlight can choose their creations price and also can have your post promoted (like featuring, but more featured (pinned)).
Our requirements to approve a starlight are:
Big talent (everyone is talented, but we chose who always get noted with their contents
Non-toxic user
Before tell to the others u chose a starlight to be approved, ask to the user u choose if want to be one.
You can choose users talented in anything since it follows the requirements.
You should approve the user with the others superstars in the discussion channel and wait everyone agree with the approvement.
If you're a superstar but also want be a starlight, request to the others starlight to be one (but u'll not participate of the discussion). After be approved, you'll be still a superstar, but will not promote your own creations (just the others superstars).
As I explained, starlight can post medias in the other community page (asking the superstars and then the superstars asking moderation to add the creation).
They also can make basic avatar frame, text decorations , stickers and bgs, but I'll explain this better in other post
So far, I would like to ask @BREEZEEIN-NEXUS 
to be our first starlight and maybe (if want) produce official designs, like the channels backgrounds (every starlight can do this, but just with the superstars approvement)
