I restarted the game to introduce @VictoriaSX1 (pineapple) to pizzeria simulator (spoiler - she freaked out and I took over XD), and things went normal for about the first 60 seconds of the gameplay - the title screen, and her splurging on duck ponds. Which is not normal.

Why.

Anyways.

Pineapple kicked off the first night with a bang! And then we heard a bang!

She went crazy with whacking the noses of Helpy (in her words, FUNTIME-TOY-FRED-THINGY), and those of the many posters. Which, to her disappointment, made no sound.

And then...

...we heard some voices.

Not just the obnoxious hand unit, but the equally obnoxious voice of William Afton. Pineapple, thinking this was completely normal, went about playing the game (or attempting to), while I stared at the screen completely baffled.

Soon after, scraptrap jumpscared us, Pineapple shrieked, and I just looked on in shock. May I remind you this was the first night, and in pizzeria simulator, no one appears in the first night.

I took over, and things went well on the replay - no one showed up, until Pineapple convinced me to boop the nose of Helpy.

Scraptrap showed up again.

I thought it was a glitch, as with my play throughs nothing like this had happened. She believed it was meant to happen.

On the second night (I salvaged molten freddy), we were faced by the amalgamation of unwashed, overcooked spaghetti, and no one else.

Pineapple once again convinced me to BOOP THA NOSE, and guess who showed up?

SCRAPTRAP.

And once again, he was right next to me.

When it was time to salvage scraptrap, he wasn't there - as seen in the screenshot above - in case you can't read it, the message is "No one is here. (I'm already inside.)".

We were offered to throw him back into the alley, which was interesting, but hUH.

Anyways, I think it's reasonable to see why we came to the conclusion that Helpy could summon Scraptrap.

nEw ThEoRy - Scraptrap has UNREQUITED love for Helpy, and will follow him to the ends of the earth!
