What's happend if You delete Undertale and Deltarune? Temmie is alive! WHAT A TWIST!

I have 2 questions. So I want to play DF Connected online on Android, but I don't have a computer, or I have one, but they are not allowed to use it. How do I play a game online? How do I verify if there is no PC or there is, but not allowed to use? HELP?
