The purpose of fluorine lined pump planning is to obtain high power. In other words, the hydraulic structure parameters of clean water pump are the combination of power. As for other pumps, there are special requirements for such pumps, and the power of the pump shall not exceed the power of the cleaning pump in the same period. The primary reason why other pumps have lower power than clean pumps is that their flow passage is widened. The decrease of power is mainly related to the widening degree. Other pumps are widened to prevent clogging.
Fluorine lined pump is different from general centrifugal pump. Before centrifugal pump operation, it is necessary to fill the pump body and water inlet pipe with water to form a vacuum condition. When the impeller rotates rapidly, the blade makes the water rotate rapidly. Under the action of centrifugal force, the rotating water flies away from the impeller, and the water in the impeller is thrown out to form a vacuum area. Under the action of atmospheric pressure (or water pressure), the water from the water source is pressed into the water inlet pipe through the pipe network. In this way, continuous pumping can be realized.
Operation process of fluorine lined pump: due to the special structure of fluorine lined pump body, there is a certain amount of water in the pump body after the pump stops rolling. After the pump starts again, due to the rotation of the impeller, the air and water in the suction pipe are completely mixed and discharged into the air-water separation chamber. The air in the upper part of the air-water separation chamber overflows, and the water in the lower part flows back to the impeller, and then mixes with the remaining air in the suction pipe until all the gas in the pump and suction pipe is discharged, spontaneous combustion and normal pumping.
Fluorine lined pump is a kind of pump which combines water ring wheel and pump impeller together to discharge gas with the help of water ring wheel and realize self suction. When the pump works normally, the passage between the water ring wheel and the pump impeller can be blocked through the valve, and the liquid in the water ring wheel can be released.
