Original Version of Most of the Description (Going to Be Changed)

Story (may change)

There is an invisible set of islands on Earth called the Tatomo Islands (pronounced two ways, like tomato), which is literally the shape of a tomato, being divided into 8 regions, each with a theme and color representing it. In the center, Kakigori Kaleidoland stands firm with the king, queen, and prince.

On May 16, 1991, the prince (Davidono Brewbeck) got upset because the king and queen were the ones that got all the recognition from the citizens, so he decided to put the king to sleep temporarily and used a normally healthy fruit juice as a new fuel source for their robot army to burn and puff out into the atmosphere, being deadly to plants and sickening to humans and animals (which will eventually kill the humans and animals due to starvation). The robots were also used to take over almost half of the islands.

Kibachy woke up the day after and decided to stop him and save the three regions that were currently taken over by the toxic clouds and Davidono's robots.

Gameplay (some things may change)

There are four levels in the game (minus the intro stage), Cake Canyon, Yorkshire Yōkan, Macaroon Mangroves, and Kakigori Kaleidoland, with each stage being played in any order (except the intro stage and Kakigori Kaleidoland) and can be replayed to gain anything you missed in the levels.

You use "WASD" to move Kibachy, with "W" to jump (you have infinite jumps). Double tap and hold "A" or "D" to run. While in midair, press "S" to dive down forward for quick movement forward and down.

Press "J" to punch. Running and pressing "J" makes you dash forward and damage enemies while temporarily invincible. There are multiple things you can do if you press "J" when using a weapon.

There are several chests placed throughout the four levels, opening them gives you new weapons, including a slinky spring, a boomerang, a giant hammer, and several elements you can combine weapons with. "J" and "WASD" can do different things depending on which is pressed and what weapon is used.

At the end of each level, there's a fight with several of Davidono's machines. Defeat them and use the land healer they dropped to recover the land in seconds to finish the level!

Levels

  • Level 1 - Cake Canyon: Home of Kibachy

A typical grass land, except most of the plants are cyan instead of green, making it the color theme of the region. The land is located in the southeastern islands.

  • Level 2 - Yorkshire Yōkan: The Temple in the Desert

A hot, dry desert followed by a dark and spoopy temple full of secrets and treasures, like a certain temple a certain blue guy explores. The color theme is obviously yellow and the region is located in the northern island below a group of islands that resemble tomato leaves and the stem.

  • Level 3 - Macaroon Mangroves - An Unusual Tropical Area

A warm tropical island and most popular region of the Tatomo Islands, there's water everywhere, sometimes even needed to swim through to progress. Watch out for machines that shoot durable coconuts! The color theme is magenta and is located in the southwestern island.

  • Level 4 - Kakigori Kaleidoland - Land of the Ruler

The land located in the "tomato leaves" above the six other islands (plus one in the center of the six), being a beautiful paradise despite having a dark palette, especially at night with the stars shining brightly in the night. Don't let this romantic scenery distract you like a dance. Get through the puzzles all over the land (including in a hotel), get to the castle in the center of the "stem", fight clones of the machines you fought in the previous levels, and get to the top floor to defeat Davidono and teach him a lesson for taking the health of the citizens only for attention.

Artoon seems like it was very underrated game development company even when very key people worked there.

Naoto Ohshima, the one who originally designed Sonic the Hedgehog and Dr. Eggman, founded (or at least co-founded) this company.
