I don't know what to do to stop caring about my appearance, my weight, and other people's. I saw people judging others by how they look. My dad always told me I looked weird, that I looked autistic, and he always said it was wrong for me to have long hair and dress a little feminine. They wanted me to be very masculine. I lived repressed my whole life, and now it's affecting me.
