I feel weak, I don't feel like doing anything, I'm bored, and I feel very lonely. My body aches and I don't know what to do to pass the time. I have no one to talk to and when I can talk to someone I don't feel up to it. I don't usually get happier at Christmas but these days I'm much more down and sad than usual.
I think I annoy my boyfriend because I talk to him a lot and then he doesn't want to talk to me. Everyone else is happy, but I'm not.
