His abilities are too people reliant which is why most teamers use this guy. His abilities need to be less reliant on players. I grinded this guy to level 20 and it was one of the worst experiences of my time playing PC2.

Out of all the PC2 cast that will likely get reworked for the recode, The Fogborn needs a rework the most.
