Let's say if a company is using a 10-year old computer running LTSC, fully updated and not exposed to unsafe practices like old browsers or unsupported apps, then It's not automatically at risk because of It's age.

"Outdated PCs put your business at risk" is a bit misleading if old computers are running Windows 10 LTSC or 11 LTSC, which both get security updates for a long time (Windows 10 LTSC is supported until 2032, and 2034 for Windows 11 LTSC.)
