Scared ghosts with their normal colors are leftover unused sprites in Pac-Man Friends. Scared ghosts only appear in the classic blue and white colors.

Also, these are only for Blinky and Inky. Not Clyde or the unused Pinky.

Ms. Pac-Man does not make a appearance in Pac-Man World 2 but a picture of her can be seen during the ending.
