Party Rockets. Here's the basic concept.

I have put off joining the contest for a few days, although I was thinking about this concept fromt the beginning. Just didn’t know if I had enough time available to make it happen.

Party Rockets puts you in charge of the fireworks display for a yearly celebration. Your funding is based on how well you do each year. You can use the funds to buy fireworks or research new fireworks and upgrade your launching equipment to improve your capabilities

The core gameplay is extremely simple, just click on the screen to fire a party rocket and watch it explode. You will be given funding for the next year based on how well your display for the current year goes.

Duration and variation are key factors in how the crowd receives your display. Also, the past year’s performance is what you are graded against, so if you don’t keep improving… you’ll likely have critics.

Been working lately on lots of 'behind-the-scenes' boring stuff that no one really cares about, so here’s a guy playing the sax for some reason.

I mostly build 3D First Person Shooter game mechanics in Unity, and in this I'm just showing C4 mechanics I made for a little side project I am working on! :)

We're knee deep in multiple large features and "game feel". Quick peek behind the scenes in this weeks Dev Blog: https://bit.ly/2QmmaQM
