Patch 0.10.4 (5?) brings visual changes! The Bendy Clock blinks (wow), and vent cams 1V and 3V have their art. Tangle got a spiffy new endo head, and corresponding frames for the new vent cameras. You'll also notice a new static effect on the vent cams.
