Panic Meter now fills up slower
Panic Meter now will only deplete oxygen if it is in the red
Oxygen will now deplete every 65th of a second while panicking instead of every 20th.
You now have more time to deal with the Bidybab in the vent (Roughly 30 more seconds.)
The vent Bidybab now releases a final warning before she enters your room.
Fixed bug with oxygen not refilling if Bidybab was close to getting in
