Patch Notes:
* Nature Bro should no longer be able to use Vine Wrap while the player is already immobile.
* The game now displays if you used the Super Curse on the results screen.
* Enter the konami code on the title screen for something ultra special.
* Drill Stab should no longer register two inputs at once if the second and third buttons are both C.
