Updated version dialog to only advise updating the game through the platform you bought it on.

Fixed username checking.
Fixed grade calculations (hopefully).
Fixed issue where you could play as a character you didn't unlock yet in the Hub area, at the end of the game.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
