Patch Notes - 2/2/2017


Hello everyone!

This patch features a few new bug fixes and feature improvements for the last patch. Also, I’d like to announce that TGN Squadron now has a Shadows Discord text channel on their server! Check it out here: TGN Discord Server

Bug Fixes

  • Vines can now be climbed by using the ‘w’ key on the keyboard.

  • Double jumping off of ledges should be easier now. This has only been partially resolved; work will continue on this issue.

  • Fixed a bug where switching to fullscreen when selecting a different resolution would cause the menu to appear zoomed in.

  • Fixed a bug where invisible walls could be created after an earthquake.

  • Fixed a bug where memory particles would randomly jump to the top-left corner of the screen.

Feature Changes

  • All floating text is now normally colored when below 20 fireflies to improve legibility.

  • Memories are now activated using the ‘e’ key or button 4 on the controller instead of automatically.

  • Vines no longer require you to press the left or right arrow keys to stop sliding down them. Instead, by default not pressing any keys will stop you from sliding and pressing either the left or right arrow key will cause you to slide down.
