He’s from an Italian American penguin family hatched from Italy all the way to the USA to start a new life. He travel across the world until the moment he met Joanna and they fell in love as he had the same characteristics of Joanna(Kind, sweet, adoring and with love of animals while helping others) as Blue🐺Wolf had requested from his way of drawing the characters as I requested those pics from my birthday.
