Alrighty, First Thomas had been completed, now Percy himself :)
I like percy a lot so i decided to make him ^w^
Also sorry that some parts are very inaccurate to his model from the show, i tried to make sure Percy wasn't taller or bigger than thomas since they're mainly the same size
