Perfect Hoshiko's model was updated quite sometime ago, so she has less resemblance to Miku and moreso.. her inspiration.

Perfect Kanzen Hoshiko is the form Hoshiko achieves after having absorbed every Vocaloid in the Lucifenia Castle.

You might be asking why DX is taking so long and...
aside from other projects and FNAMiku's 3 just around the corner, some characters (mainly Hoshiko) are being redesigned and we're still figuring out the 3D post-night sections.
