Phase 4 went into development!

The Tu-95 (Project 95 or Product V, NATO reporting name: Bear) is a Soviet turboprop strategic bomber/missile carrier developed by OKB-156. It has been in service with the USSR/Russian Long-Range Aviation since 1955

now the work has definitely begun
