Phil is an enthusiastic comic book fan and Brandon’s best friend (They would go to the arcade, grab a bite to eat, read adventurous comic books). Upon discovering Brandon Epperson was Spider-Wolf, he wanted to tell everyone but noticing that if he does, it would be too much for Brandon, so, like any good best friend, he kept his secret safe from everyone who wanted to know, even though he was a bit too excited to keep quiet. He fell in love with Velma and whenever she was scared, he kept her warm and safe with love and compassion. Despite also being an all-time gamer, he also has a soft, friendly side. During Jasmine’s video message, he jumps in to say “Brandon… if I could only have one superpower right now, it’d be to crawl through this camera and give you a big hug.”. Seriously, we might need a friend like Phil at some point in our lives.
