Welcome to T.N.O. Today is your first day on the job! So we want to help you understand how to do it correctly.

Phone_call_report:

If you received a phone call from a person, you must

  1. Ask for their name

  2. Tell them to calm down (if they're in panic)

  3. Ask them what's the situation

  4. Once done, send over a personal

Phone_call:

*ringing*

Receiver: "hello, this is the normal organization, how may I help you?"

Caller: *huffing* "h-hello?.."

Receiver: "hello, may you tell me your name?"

Caller: "m-my name is [REDACTED].. and I live on [REDACTED].."

Receiver: "ok, may you tell me what the situation is?"

Caller: "there's something in my house..."

Receiver: "may you tell me what it looks like?"

Caller: "it's tall, red, and I can barely see it's f-face..."

Receiver: "ok, we'll send someone over to help, stay calm, hide, and don't make any noise. Our staff will be there as soon as possible."

Caller: "thank you..."
