Pixel Sonic does that too
these took me a long time to get. (mostly Pixel Tails)
it should be available anywhere like all the other skins...
it's a little buggy when you spawn in and out of races
like I need to be in Cyber Station anymore, I did all the stuff, and the place makes your levels not matter. I always used Super Sonic because his boost is faster.
