Sorry about the delay! I didn't time to schedule this post yesterday and I slept in, so that's on me. Whoops!
Anyway, Bonnie. If you couldn't tell, this post was to tease Bonnie (I took the screenshot from that one yellow bit up on his ear). Like I said on the post, he was among the more difficult ones to make when I first started concepting the rest of the classics in April, starting him on April 15th.
When I first finished with him, he only had his first two abilities, however they were much MUCH simpler than what I've got now. His passive was also entirely different, instead of having a "Rock" meter he would get a walk and run speed boost if he was out of chase for a few seconds, along with sound effects on his side to tell when he was and wasn't chasing someone.
Another few ideas were tossed around for this initial version, with one of the most notable being an ability where Bonnie would wind-up throw a party room chair. This obviously was turned into Guitar Riff. However, some scrapped ideas, like him taking a spare guitar string and setting up a trap with it (taph sorfaken), and some ideas suggested from the Pillar Chase community, with a highlight that requires people to be in your LOS to reference the animatronics facial recognition, an ability based off Ignited Bonnie's punch, and a projectile that pulls survivors towards you (which would also become Guitar Riff).
Of course, I wasn't satisfied with the version I had, due to its barebones and uninteresting nature. He was reworked later on April 28th. This version would add the "Rock" meter, giving Bonnie a speed boost during the wind-up of Bash Jam, at the cost of less shockwave range, and changing Guitar Riff to be aimable similar to WYST's Gobble Bombs.
This was how it stayed for a long while until August 7th, when I realized I'd have to bring the moveset up to standard with modern PC2 for its release. Immediately, I had the idea of Showtime. An ability that costed your entire "Rock" meter, but would give you some relatively big boosts. This was obviously problematic, due to the fact you traded off all the buffs you'd worked up to just use it, so it would be changed into its current version soon after starting the finalization phase of the concept.
