So, Truhell could have about 3000 HP. He destroys Civilizations every 30 turns, and if he destroys 6 before you're able to beat him, than he destroys your party instantly, and you get an instant game over. When a civilization is destroyed, it plays a cutscene, but you do not get hurt, only the civilization does. Eventually, after the boss fight, the civilizations are brought back using magic, however.
