Hello everyone!

The Kickstarter for Twin Moon Galaxy ended on October 31st. The bad news is that it did not succeed. We did get some pledges, but not enough to reach our funding goal. As the Kickstarter campaign was reaching its end, I realized that it would probably not be successful, so I started re-evaluating the game.
I still plan on completing Twin Moon Galaxy, but without funding it means that I will be completing it on my own. Therefore, I have decided to remove some of the components from the game. The final product will be shorter than what I had originally planned. This might seem like a bad thing, but as I worked on the new plan for the game, I realized that a lot of what I was removing was not even useful.
The original plan for the story of the game was to have a prologue followed by a longer chapter. After the first chapter, the game would have three chapters that you could complete in any order. Once you would have completed those three chapters, there would be two more chapters that would conclude the story. In total, there would have been 6 chapters after the prologue. However, the three chapters that you could complete in any order didn’t add any value to the overall story. They were essentially filler chapters to make the story longer.
In the new plan for the story, the three chapters will be merged into one chapter. So the story will contain the prologue followed by 4 chapters.
Another thing that I have changed is the number of characters. The game was originally going to have 6 playable characters. However, two of those were extra characters that didn’t really play an important role in the story, so they will no longer be playable.
By reducing the number of chapters and characters in the game, I will be able to focus my energy on the most important parts of the game.
