He acts like POTT. But if you Use the Camera on him he'll tell POTT to give you detention

Mr Poobs acts like POTT but if you use safety scissors, he will be stunned for 5 sec. if you used a whistle when he's behind a character, he will rush at you causing the character pushed out of the way
