Pra vcs, galera q usa win10, não win7, recomendo deletar o arquivo "dxgi.dll" da pasta do jogo, para arrumar os problemas de compatibílidade, meu amigo não estava conseguindo abrir o jogo graças a essa dll opcional que melhora os gráficos.
