Hey hey hey, welcome back to another mess—I mean, dev log—for Sunshine Daycare.

🧠 Progress Report

Alright, so what’s new since Pre-Dev Log #1?
To be honest… not much progress on the actual gameplay, BUT we’ve been worldbuilding like maniacs.

• Chapter titles are now official:
  Chapter 1: The Shine
  Chapter 2: The Vanish
  Chapter 3: The Eclipse

• The creepy cast now includes:

  • Sunny-Bun (the overly cheerful bunny)

  • Captain Tickle (pirate clown nightmare fuel)

  • Bella Blocks (stacker of things… and limbs)

  • UNR.CODE// (a.k.a. Mr. Smile, but no one talks about him)

  • NapNap (yes, it sounds like NabNab, we know 💀)

Also made a teaser image with mysterious boxes, suns, and some spicy ✨question marks✨. Mr. Smile’s box even has overlapping question marks because he’s weird like that.

📈 Micro Fame Moment

Okay, not to flex but...

🫣 We went from 4 to 5 views.
👁️‍🗨️ 2 views on Pre-Dev Log #0.
🇷🇺 Someone in Russia checked the page. You're a legend. You are canon now.

• May 14 is my birthday, so Sunshine Daycare will go on a hiatus for the day. Respectfully, I will be doing absolutely nothing productive 🎉

• Notepad is filling up. Lore is LORE-ing.

• A lore book might be in the works 👀
