Pretty much every acronical excursion (except cae) is meh and here's why


Note: I don't hate CAE. I find it to be a guilty pleasure. I never played it personally, but... It does sound interesting, like FNaFB SL 3.

The main reason why every Acronical Excursion is meh is because they have good ideas, but are, all to my knowledge, the same game.

Basically, some group gets attacked, calls upon 1 "chosen-one-like character", and makes them go across 5 time periods and beat the shit outa cameras in each, gather the party members, and a boss at the end (maybe some differences with each one but still... a bit repetitive.), then go through a giant ass maze at the end where you'll fight the final boss.

I mean, it isn't a bad concept, but it is tiring.

And unless someone puts a spin on the formula, and i mean a big spin on it, then yeah, no thanks.

Overall? 5/10, very average, but not bad at least.

do you ever just wanna work on a game but you’re too busy doing so or if you actually get inspired to do so you get the game developers version of art block or the inspiration runs dry so quickly that it’s really not that significant? that’s me tbh.
