Progress on my game:

Ore float/chance system and the ability to equip miners with different strengths and mining speeds. Also pixel art with vector gradients make for decent looking ores.

More below:

The new float/chance system allows for ores to appear at different chances dependant on the player's current depth. The same ore could be at certain depths inevitable or not appear at all.

The miners concept was the one I really wanted to create and I have a solid foundation, you can have a whole inventory of miners and equip an infinite amount of them (In the video I didn't click at all! I had 3 miners equipped), but if I want to add some sort of progression to the game I might want to limit the amount you equip and increase that amount through upgrades.

As for the ores, I plan for unique visuals. The image of the ore will be made through pixel art, but I'll merge it with vector art by applying gradients which make it look like it blends/shines.

The game currently lacks visuals, ores, areas, and other ideas I might want to add, but I have big plans!

Quick edit: Ore inventories are already in the game, they just lack use or visualization

Publicly releasing the car sound design project, you can customize pretty much everything

Enjoy

Old side project inspired by I Wanna Kill The Kamilia and Jump Knight, should be multiplayer as well

left/right arrows - move

spacebar - charge jump

Low pass

SGI-STRIKE REMASTERED - WEAPON DEMO

Audiostream doesn't work when packaged and turboloader has become mostly obsolete due to new turbowarp extensions

I'll have to move contents of this project to another one and replace turboloader blocks with official extension ones

First Shockwave 2 project ever has been remade.

This dude is very underrated, 2 digit views but insane sound design and use of the scratch audio system

Great attention to detail too, on the second car the drivetrain makes a high sound based on the speed not rpm

More sound design experiments

Headphones recommended

Death animations and blue torch.

My projects Crate Engine and Marble Mania have been dropped so as a result I'm making them open source

The engine is way more bare and approachable while the unfinished game has more editor features

Have fun!
