To make a long story short, I have gone through the (moderately annoying) process of giving a large majority of bosses modifications to their status resistances, changing a couple of them into State Rates instead.
In general:
All bosses are fairly vulnerable to Stun.
Most bosses can now be affected by DoT effects, albeit at a very low rate, and to compensate for this, those status effects have been nerfed.
Paralysis, the (arguably) most powerful status effect, is in the same boat as the DoT effects. Low rate, but now quite possible.
Most other status effect rates are variable split between the current progress and the bosses themselves.
Status effects that limit movement (Stun, Paralysis, Frozen) have been engineered that they are no longer "stackable" (By applying the status effect again while it's active, you could effectively reset the timer on that status effect and extend the duration)
Additionally, Desk Fan has been given an actual trait other than "resistant to status effects that actually don't come into play". Although we thought that would be best left when the game actually releases.
