Hi everyone! Welcome to November's devlog. A tiny one, but still a devlog, right?
Winter is just around the corner, but things are still moving bit by bit on the project.
This month wasn't huge, though we did make some progress.
The biggest thing we did was concepting for character design — enemies, minibosses, and a few other faces you’ll likely run into in the demo.
We also made writing progress. It's slow, sure, but that's definitely better than before.
And lastly, some pretty important spritework was done, including a detailed background for an early game room, and updates on the tileset for the Dark Ruins.
One thing I also wanted to add is that we actually have quite a bit of stuff waiting to be shown here.
For example, quite a few early music tracks are either done or have significant progress on them — I’m just holding off until a few more songs are ready so I can upload them here in order.
Hopefully things will be better in December.
