Hi, welcome to the first devlog of Project: [REDACTED]. I'll be planning to post a devlog at the end of each month.
Bad News:
As of tomorrow, I'm going back to school after a whole week break, so I won't be able to post and draw as frequently as before. Once school ends in May, I'll be back to post as I did before.
Map Redraw:
In other news, I was think to redraw the map (again) since there is not much going on in the doorways. Here is the old map btw.
(I also accidentally made it too big and it covered like half of the monitor).
More than One Night:
As I mentioned in the description, there will be more than one night. Since there are 10+ characters planned for the roster, having one chaotic night with every character will seem confusing for some people, especially if they don't know the characters' mechanics. That's why I decided that I there will be 5 Nights for the full game, plus a Custom Night where AI levels can be set to X to 20.
Info Menu:
Just like in every Sandu's Challenge game, there will be an Info Menu showcasing the controls and every character that you'll incounter in the next night and. Characters that won't be incounter will have their name, model, and description hidden from the player.
Progress:
For this week alone, me and @FnafGames360 had made decent progress. We started working on the Warning Screen, the Title Screen, and more importantly, the Office. They are still far away from finished, and I wont be surprised if we change a thing or two.
(And you know what, I'll show the Warning Screen because)
What's Next?
In the next devlog, I'll showcase parts of the roster that haven't been fully revealed yet and some screenshot of the actual game. But don't expect much content other than the before mentioned.
