Im pretty sure Pursuer wins Due to the fact he upscales every Killer in DOD (it is stated in the wiki if all the monsters fought he would win) which is kinda crazy because Killdroid can use rockets. I know Jason is also pretty strong but he’s the only one with actual HP.
