Potato Mine Damage 22500 -> 20500;

Fixed layering issues (i.e. plant projectiles being underneath them, e.g. sun from sunflowers falling underneath them)
Small optimizations.
Major changes have been written in BOLD.
Note: this update was getting too big so I decided to cut the shop from the release and postpone it until 0.1.7+
