  • Is it a Round2.exe remake?

    No, it's the same project. We're just carrying on with the development.

  • Why did you change the name?

    Currently, the project is looking more like an actual Sonic game than a Sonic.exe game. No hyperrealistic bs, no cheap jumpscares, no excessive gore, keeping it simple and most importantly, playable.

  • How complete is the project now?

    I'd say 96%

  • Will you keep something from previous releases?

    Yes. For example, the boss themes (for Sonic's doppelganger battles).

  • Is the project going to be ported to another platforms?

    There is a mobile port made by @stas_ports (the only authorized port). Once I finish the full version, I'll send him the current version assets.

  • Is this game a sequel of any other game?

    Nope. It's a sequel of the story itself, without any involvement with other games.

  • Why is Sonic constantly angry here?
    In the current circumstances, there is no time to act like a silly jokester.

Just to clarify, this version is neither a remake, nor a remaster. It's the same project from back then, we're just carrying on with the development. Remember when I told about a "version 6.6.6" coming? This is it.

Thank you very much for supporting this project ever since its first versions. It's been 10 years since I began developing it (and 9 since it was released)... time flies!

I'm not going to modify anything else in it, except for occasional bug fixes.

The full game is finally here.

Here's the Version 6.6.6 I promised a while ago, sorry for taking so long. I hope you enjoy it, and feel free to report bugs or any other issues.
