I introduce you to Undertale Last Breath: Definitive Edition by SilUT

This fixes all the issues that ULB has with various settings you can turn on and off at will, as well as some various Quality of Life changes

Air Hits? Just turn on Fix Hitboxes, and you won't have to deal with them again

Unfair RNG? Just turn on Fair RNG, and all precise and RNG based attacks will be nerfed and made fairer

Want to do a true No Heal? Just turn on No Healing, and you won't heal between phases, as well as lose your items

Ever wanted to play phase 3 with sound effects? just turn it on in the settings, and boom

In addition, you can earn stars for doing things in the phases in the game

Bronze for beating it, silver for No Heal and gold for No Hit, each phase has been tested for No Hit to be possible

As well as a trophy for full game runs, which also changes depending on your achievements in the game, with the platinum requiring you to No Hit all 3 phases in one run (good luck)

I'd absolutely recommend playing it, although you will need to watch Sil's tutorial on how to install the mod, as it requires the use of Delta Patcher, and you will also need the original Undertale Last Breath for this
